Holoscope is

  • the circle of the information holon in which knowledge federation is the square
  • the correction of an epistemological error; answer to the question "How should we see the world?", and "What should knowledge be like?" Instead of trying to compose a jigsaw puzzle-like "reality picture" (and ignoring all that fails to fit in), we create a multiplicity of views, using all potentially relevant data. The goal is to see the whole from all sides, and in correct proportions – to be able to attain a correct gestalt.
  • Science extended our field of vision well beyond what was possible to see by the naked eye. The microscope and the telescope (etc.).
